Welcome, My name is Davinder Toor and I am very passionate at what I do. My aggressive approach to real estate is just one of the things that separates me from other local agents. I have been able to sell homes in Calgary where other agents have failed.
My goal is to provide the best possible service to all of my clients. I have experience in selling distressed properties as well and have represented Banks such as TD Canada Trust, CIBC Banks, Scotia bank and Court of Queens properties.
Most of the properties I have sold at 95 to 100% of the asking price. I have also represented FSBO’s (For Sale by Owner) and was able to sell homes for more money then what my customers initially priced the property for.
