My background in Marketing and Education makes me unique in this industry. An undergrad in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and a Masters in Education, as well as living 7 years overseas, helps me to take a very unique approach to what I do when listing properties and working with buyers. I work in a very unique market where Collingwood East, Central and West are all dramatically different, and then there is each different area of The Blue Mountains with waterfronts, Ski Clubs, older cottages and newer million dollar "cottages". Then there is the unique mix of buyers and users of the area, rental programs and rules, new developments, and more. It is an educational experience to buy something up here, and it is a Marketing challenge to sell a property in a market with very casual demand.
