About Cathy Teichroeb
I began my career with Sutton Group which doesn’t exist in Saskatoon any more. It was a good company but I didn’t feel like I was meeting my full potential there. When I left Sutton Group I had been offered an opportunity to work with “The Ed Bobiash Team” under the RE/MAX Saskatoon brand. Ed Bobiash was extremely focused on rural Real Estate which gave me an opportunity to learn more about different scenarios and the best ways to deal with properties not based in the city. I feel truly fortunate to have been a part of that team. I worked with some great people and they really helped me expand my knowledge.
After 5 plus years with RE/MAX Saskatoon, I decided it was time to make a new start, strike out on my own, re brand myself completely. It was not a decision that happened overnight. It took me several months of going back and forth in my head, talking to people and researching my options to take the final steps. I had gotten to know Gary Emde, Broker/owner of Royal LePage Varsity, over the years in my career. I find him to be very personable and someone who really cares about his business and the people who work in his office. He shows personal interest in each and every person he comes in contact with and is a genuine person which helped steer me toward Royal LePage Varsity. I made the actual move in February of 2020 and I could not be happier with how things are coming together.
A big reason for my becoming a Realtor ® is I really love to help people. I enjoy meeting people, learning their stories and helping them follow their dreams of the perfect property. I will work endlessly to help search for and make the best deal on the right property for my client. I strive to keep my clients happy and make things as stress free as possible.
I would look forward to an opportunity to meet with you and your family about whatever Real Estate needs you have. Even if we just chat about what your hoping for or if you need an evaluation in preparation for listing your home. The first step is always a chat!
