Brehannah began her real estate career in June of 2013 after completing her university degrees. Her educational background, coupled with her exposure to business & social philosophies, enabled her to quickly gain the necessary technical knowledge & skills in this fast-paced industry. Along with her solid knowledge base, it was her passion for helping others that allowed her to build upon that base & create a successful business. Her goal is first & always foremost, to help her clients realize their real estate goals, & in the process she creates lasting, professional relationships with all stakeholders.

She has an excellent background in interpreting provincial & municipal legislation related to real estate ownership, planning,land use, taxation, trading, & other federal/ provincial legislation.
