I am in the service industry that just happens to be in real estate. I help people find a place to live and to find a place to invest in and or to sell a property and or to lease a property. I listen to what my clients' real estate goals are and then set out to attain those goals. For buyers, I provide an opinion of value of each property we offer on prior to negotiating an agreement of purchase and sale. Also, I help my buyer clients find homes for sale that are on MLS and also homes that are not on the market. For Sellers, I provide a free opinion of value for their home. My marketing plan includes photography, virtual tours, staging advice, floor plans, print and digital marketing. I am a sales representative who serves Halton Region and outlying areas and the GTA and I am a member of the Oakville-Milton Real Estate Board and the Toronto Real Estate Board.
