Bought my first home in 2015 which in time ended up being the biggest mistake of my life as I overpaid about $50,000 above market price.

Just as I was getting over with my buyer's remorse - found out the house had several horizontal foundation cracks. I was dishearted for many reasons but had a spark within myself to turn things around.

I knew this was just signs to something big and started learning more about real estate. Next year in 2016- bought 3 more investments properties (single-family homes) and turned things around with cash flow that was coming in.

2019 - I quit my 6-figure full-time corporate job as I had enough passive income coming in from my real estate portfolio of 10+ investment properties serving all my financial and lifestyle needs. While I spend most of 2019 working on expanding my skills - it was only August 2019 when I got Licensed in Real Estate and ever since it has been a fantastic time.
