Barb Guiden started her real estate career at the end of 1989, just when the recession hit. Barb learned very quickly that to make it in the real estate world, you had to work long hours and work hard. (Listening to people’s needs was the key.)During her years of real estate, Barb received her broker's license in 2003and is currently working at RE/MAX Finest Realty, Kingston, Ontario. Barb has served on the Kingston Area Real Estate Board as a director for the past three years and is president-elect for 2017. Her passion is technology, finding and understanding tools to help fellow members learn and use the latest programs/apps to help their buyers and sellers make informed decisions. In 2010, Barb began learning to run,and six years later has run two marathons, six 1/2 marathons, two 30k races, and many 5k, 8k, 10kand 15k races.
