Annette immigrated to Chilliwack in 1987, later settling in Vancouver where she knew she had found her home. Originally from England, Annette had the opportunity to travel as her father was in the armed forces and she also had the opportunity to backpack through some of Europe, Egypt and South Africa.

Annette has been very active in her community first with Royal Canadian Legion and Chilliwack Search and Rescue. Since then she has also volunteered with L.U.M.S. helping to feed the homeless and is now committed to helping with the Children's miracle Network (She will tell you all about it).
