At the age of 19, Alicia started her real estate journey and quickly moved into managing an office of over 200 Realtors and 5 staff at one of the top Re/Max office’s in Edmonton, Alberta. With her vast knowledge of the real estate industry, this challenged her to get her real estate licence in 2012. Her first 3 years in the business she earned 2 Diamond Awards with Realty Executives International, and had a successful Team of 10 Realtors and a full time office administrator. In 2016, she decided to return home to the Okanagan! Growing up in the South Okanagan has provided Alicia with knowledge of the area and communities from Kelowna to Osoyoos.
