Hello, my name is Alex Maldeis and I'm a Realtor with RE/MAX Treeland Realty and Partner and Co-founder at The Valley Group Real Estate Team. Throughout my years as a Realtor, I have consistently been in the Top 1% of all FVREB Realtors as well as in the Top 100 Agents in Western Canada for RE/MAX.

I believe I was able to achieve this level of agent success because of my real passion for helping people with their real estate goals, as well as my extensive industry knowledge. What sets me apart from other Realtors is that I strive to always have the highest level of communication - this is one of the most important things to consider when working with an agent. Not only is purchasing or selling a home a time-sensitive process, but also, being in constant communication makes for a more transparent and less stressful process overall.
