We hired Zachary after our first agent was unsuccessful in selling our home after 3 months. We were selling in a very challenging market with interest rates climbing and house prices dropping. Zachary had originally showed our house to his client, before he became our agent. He was the only agent to provide us with valuable feedback on our home, even though his client did not purchase it. Zachary sold our house in less than a week! He is very personable, asks questions to understand your needs and listens and was knowledgeable about the market and how to best sell our home. His use of technology is awesome! He does a neat neighbourhood video using a drone to do aerial shots that transition into your home pictures. We had a communication misunderstanding but Zachary was professional, owned it and made it right. We got an offer that was much lower than we wanted. He didn't pressure us to take it. He accepted our decision and moved on to pursue other leads, only to have the same buyers return and he negotiated a deal that was much more reasonable which resulted in us selling our home.

Zach was great to work with, dependable and professional. He believed in us, even when we weren’t sure what we were doing.
