Yuriy did a FANTASTIC job selling my townhome that other realtor could not sell for almost a year. A friend of mine recommended him to me and Yuriy is the one who really made a difference. From the very start till the very end, he paid very close attention and provided very professional advice. On top of that, he has a professional eye to notice things that need to be done, replaced or fixed. Yuriy took care about hiring the right subcontractors at a reasonable price who renovated the unit, cleaned it and even replaced broken glass door. That saved me thousands of dollars alone!
