This was my second purchase of a property, the first experience was about 6 years ago on a Townhouse. We met Will at our first 2 viewings as he was the Selling agent for the first home, and after having talked to 2 or 3 other realtors, including the one that completed my purchase 6 years ago, and chose to go with Will. I'm very glad we did - we ended up looking at probably 20 different properties over the course of a month and a half. Will was patient, very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and areas, and quickly learned exactly what we were looking for. We ended up offering on a place that didn't pass the home inspection, and got very lucky that it didn't as we found an even better home at a better price. Will was 5 stars across the board to work with except for a 4.8 on negotiations. On the second place that I did purchase, Will got the final price down to a slightly lower price than even I had expected the sellers to agree to. However, on the first property we ended up settling on my max price range, and with how aggressive the sellers were to still try and complete the sale after it failed inspection, I feel they would have been much more willing to negotiate on a lower sales price if I had stood my ground initially.

It is uncommon that I am able to make time to complete such reviews. In the present case I made sure I did, because Will made such a fantastic difference. In December 2019, I was looking for a property to purchase, within a very narrow time window, and with zero time available because of my extensive professional responsibilities. Will helped me coordinate visits on 30 minutes turn-around times! Amazing! After 2 visits he had crafted my profile and advised of another couple of properties, one of which I ended up buying, THE perfect fit with what I was looking for. Will then even negotiated, successfully, a $5000.00 discount on the price. And after closing the deal, Will added the final touch: A $100.00 voucher at Beds and Beyond! Simply incredible. Will, you are easily the most professional, efficient, and friendly real estate agents I have ever encountered! Thank you for all you have done. You made a huge difference in my life.
