Wendy was very easy to work with, she communicated effectively and explained things very well through out the entire process.

I've had many realtors over the years, and Wendy ranks among the best. We just got lucky contacting her through a service. Not only is she knowledgeable, responsive, untiring, professional and friendly, she strikes the perfect balance between giving too much of her opinions and letting the client have free rein, something that's hard to find among realtors. Through her we were able to get a broad sampling of the homes and areas we were interested in and finally settled on just the right one for us. She was able to negotiate a somewhat complicated situation with us being out of the country for much of the time. We recommend her without reservation.
