She advocated for me and respected my right to privacy so only asked for information that was relevant and necessary for decisions to be made on both sides. Wendy followed up to make sure that I understood the new legal framework and did not proceed without this being fully explained. Wendy knows her stuff! She answered all my questions and gave good advise. Her stagers rearranged the furniture and brought items in to make the house look great. Her photographer did a fantastic job with pictures and video. I never knew the property looked that good! The end result was the property sold for $150,000.00 above asking. she ensured that the listing included everything needed, which proved to my advantaged when a question of a (hydro) easement came up, after the sale. As she had listed the easement, it did not create a potential problem for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the job she did and the results.
