Wasim did a fantastic job of directing us to prepare our home for selling. He went above an beyond a typical real estate agent and treated us like family. We wanted to get the best price and a fast sale due to retiring and moving to a new province. Well, he sold our home in 3 days for the asking price, which was more then we thought we would get for the property.
