<p>Wally was a fantastic person to deal with. He was very polite and friendly to my family and my kids. We were never rushed when we viewed the property and he never minded our many questions. This was a very fun and relaxed purchase for us. At no time did Wally ever make this a stressful situation. We started as strangers and ended as friends. I have and will continue to recommended Wally to anyone looking for a property.</p>

<p>Wally did a great job taking care of my wife and I when we were buying our first house. Lots of knowledge about the spruce groove and surrounding area. He took care of us through the purchase and once we were in the house we had a few issues with it (nothing to do with wally) but he was there helping us out to make sure that we were taken care of and that we knew our options. All in all a great experience and I would recommend him to my family and my friends.</p>

<p>My husband and I have dealt with Wally for over 25 years, and still deal with him. He is honest and trustworthy. Wally is in constant contact with us when we are either purchasing or selling a property. He is always on time for appointments and is very knowledable.</p>
