<p>It all began with the first time I called the office to inquire about that very first property and got transferred a realtor named Wade Behrns...</p> <p>I am not only about to tell you what a great Realtor Wade is, but more so what an exceptional person.<br /> It is hard to find a great realtor, one that works on establishing a relationship rather than chasing after a quick sale.<br /> In Wade we found that and so much more!<br /> In the midst of the stressful process of selling and buying a home, we found a person we truly trust.<br /> We never felt as if he was the Salesperson showing us a house that he is trying to sell, it felt more like bringing a friend along that knows what to look for. More times than one, he was the one pointing out hidden deal breakers in houses we had already come to like.<br /> After a year of relentlessly looking at houses in various cities and neighbourhoods, three offers and two home inspections, we are finally moving in to our dream home.<br /> Thank you Wade! ...For not giving up on us, not letting us over pay and most of all not letting us settle.<br /> We appreciate all you have done, more than you will ever know.</p>
