Working with Wade was a pleasure. He is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Due to his patients and understanding of the markets he was able to negotiate us $6000 above our asking price. We had listed it at a price that was a little lower than what he suggested, we wanted a quick sale. Then he was able to help us get the price that he wanted to list if for in the beginning. Should have listened to him in the first place! I highly recommend Wade!
