<p>Marty and I both are so very greatful that we found Wade. When we started the house hunting process we had no clue how the real estate market worked. We knew nothing about the city or areas in the city but he took the time to give us the education we needed to make a smart decision that we would be happy with in the future. He took what was a very emotional and could have been a very trying time for us and made it so much fun. Wade understood our wants and needs and did all he could to help us find the perfect house for us. And I must say he nailed it. We are beyond happy with our new home. In our eyes Wade went above and beyond to help us. He kept in constant contact with us and not once did we feel like we were inconveniencing him. Every house we went to look at, and we looked at alot, he was always happy to be there showing it to us. We feel like we not only found a great realtor but found a new friend as well. We would both wholeheartedly and with absolutely no hesitation recommend Wade to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. You can count on Wade to be honest and up front with you 100% of the time which is so very important. <p>Wade was very professional and friendly. We looked at many houses and he was very accommodating. He had a sense of humour and did well with my particular sense of humour. We have yet to sell the house we moved from but when we list it, Wade will be our agent. As a note the other agent that represented the seller of the house we bought was from the same office as Wade. I would not recommend that agent to anyone. I will recommend Wade to all my employees / others as I feel he did a exceptional job both dealing with us and our new purchase.</p>

<p><br /> Excellent experience. He was not pushy in any way to make us uncomfortable. He had helpful suggestions that allowed us to make informed decisions that led us to sell in under 2 weeks inow a difficult to sell neighbourhood.</p>
