Wade is an agent everyone would want especially if you are a first time house shopper. He is very compassionate, knowledgeable, transparent and most of all someone whom has your best interest at heart in finding the perfect home for you. He makes himself available for you, will listen to your wants, needs and desires when finding that perfect home. With our experience in find our home he was stellar with his honesty with the home purchase. In saying this it came down to two homes on block from each other. My husband and I our hearts set on the house that was a little larger, and layout was more to our preference vs the other one. He came with us several times to do the walk trough's given us advise on the pros and cons of both. Even though the larger house was more money and was the house we were leaning towards he voiced his concerns as there was three major things where the house could become a money pit. This demonstrated his integrity as a real estate and person. Wade is very good at what he does and it shone through I would definitely recommend him. I give him a gold star.... Lol
