I needed to sell my condo, but it was in rough shape. I was told by numerous other realtors to wait to sell, but when I met Vish he wanted to try selling. Though it took awhile, Vish was incredibly persistent and worked very hard, and eventually did manage to sell for a price I was happy with. There were 4 conditional offers that failed before the one that was finally successful. No other realtor would have stuck it through so long nor would anyone else have went to the lengths Vish did to make the sale happen. Months later when I was in the market to buy a home in Airdrie, Vish lined up lists of houses for us to view right away (even though he is based in South Calgary). Within 10 days, I had looked at more than enough houses and was able to put an offer in on my dream home! Again, Vish worked very hard to line up homes to see in a timely manner, and made good recommendations/critiques about each home along the way. Vish was incredibly respectful, friendly, and overall great to work with, and as long as he stays in the business I will never need to look for a realtor again. I can’t recommend Vish enough!! If you are looking for a new realtor, your best choice is Vish!

Honest, humble, no ego, respectful, kind, understanding…that is Vish. Choosing Vish as my realtor was fundamental in the successful of both sale and purchase of my home. He is extremely aware of the constantly changing markets in the neighbourhoods we left and moved to. Despite the rising property values he was very well informed going prices of the area and able to accurately apply the amenities to advise on value when needed. Vish was able to easily guide us through the real estate process and explain with patience and understanding the process when clarification was required. Vish kept us informed in real time the status of both buy and sell transactions at all times. During the sale of our home Vish presented himself in a professional manner, despite some negative people he encountered during these transactions, he remained steadfast and professional. During both selling and buying, Vish was offering advice on negotiations at every step of the way and available anytime of day…and night. He listened and understood and we got what we desired.
