<p>After a lengthy and stressful process selling our UK house we were looking for a reliable agent who could help us navigate our first Canadian house purchase. We found this and more in Vince who came recommended to us, especially when we were faced with currency transfer delays. His excellent rapport with the other agent secured a time extension and ultimately the successful purchase of the house. His initial negotiating was excellent and he even managed to have an open house cancelled after the house being on the market just 8 days, which could have resulted in competing bids. We would not hesitate in recommending Vince to others.</p>
