Vic was a great agent to have on our side. Through a wild housing market he took the time to show us as many houses we requested (most of them single house viewings in a day) throughout the span of a year. He always had constructive criticism for each house we looked at using his experience and expertise to let us know what we were getting into. Instead of only pointing out all of the nice things about a home looking to get a sale, he would help us look at things we needed to do to homes so that they would be in the condition we wanted them to be. He understood exactly what we wanted, and his goal was to make sure we got the home we were looking for instead of just compromising. Vic also sold our home, during the start of the decline in housing prices. His hard work and excellent advice helped us sell our home quickly and for more then we expected. He is an amazing agent all around and anyone would be happy they used him!
