As a first-time home buyer, I'm very impressed by Venus' professionalism and knowledge of the local real estate market. I'm a detail-oriented person and tend to be anxious about things I lack knowledge of. Venus is quite patient with me and truly cares about what I really need. She always provides me with constructive and timely suggestions. She's worked efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders, and demonstrated outstanding customer service and communication skills. It's been a great experience working with her. She will definitely be my first choice next time when I need a real estate agent.

It was my our first time trying to buy a house in Canada... And we appreciate all Venus’ wonderful support in this endeavour. She was professional, experienced, responsive, and very honest. We did not expect that we could find a real ‘home’ that quick. We started our search in late October 2018 and we moved in the new home in February 2019. My husband and I at that time were waiting for our PR card. Thus, all the paperwork and as the whole process of buying a property in Canada were a bit more complicated than normal. Nonetheless, Venus’ knowledge, enthusiasm, and tactfulness in referring some brokers, lawyers helped us sail along smoothly. Our family love our ‘new house’ in this neighbourhood very much. We feel blessed that we had a chance to get to know and work with Venus Hong.
