When I moved to Thunder Bay, I contacted many realtors in the area whom were lacklustre and did not at all provide the service I was looking for until I met Vanny. Vanny delivered exceptional and expedient service and remained consistent when she helped me sell my home years later. Even after all that time, she remembered all the details of my home, remembered who I was, and essentially made selling it as easy as buying it. She takes you through all the steps and you needn't do very much at all. In a nutshell, Vanny takes your stress away. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, her integrity is steadfast and you can trust her to deliver on making the process simple without angst. There's literally nothing to worry about: If you have a question or concern, you reach out to her, and in a few short minutes, you have a response (no joke). She works around the clock and I know she was extremely patient with me by explaining or clarifying anything I didn't understand. Vanny truly wants to help and you will see through her amazing work ethic, her close attention to detail, and her kind and helpful approaches to resolving any problems you may have---that you will not want to work with any other realtor after you meet her for the first time. Rest assured that this review is being legitamately written by someone that has experienced both the buying and selling process with Vanny. I can’t even begin to express how wonderful Vanny and Carrie have been through this whole process! It means so much to me all the hard work and effort that was put in to help me out. Vanny and Carrie were instrumental in successfully selling our house. They were very professional. They were very accommodating to us when we were selling our house. We had to leave on a two week trip and felt completely secure in giving them access to the house. We knew they was on top of everything and took their job seriously.
