When an early offer fell through, they immediately helped me pick up the pieces, reassessed my priorities, and lined up new viewings so we could keep moving forward without missing a beat. Their deep market knowledge, clear guidance on pricing and negotiations, and careful attention to paperwork gave me complete confidence at every step. Kim D. and the entire VMH team are amazing. Apologies, that is understatement. Their customer service and professionalism are next level. No wonder they are highly regarded in Campbell River. See, I have a dislike towards professions involved in sales. So, I naturally have my guards up when we were shopping around for realtors. However, Kim was able to break that barrier. I am impressed with her approach right from the first contact. Kim knows how to listen to her clients’ needs. She involved us in the house hunting process, and readily available to answer all our questions. I appreciate that she treated us with care and respect, rather than numbers. One thing that really stick with me was during the heights of our transaction, emotions were high. Kim said along the lines of “don’t worry. if we didn’t get this, we will continue looking and there will always be one.” No pressure! Thanks to the VMH team, they changed by perception towards realtors. I am happy that they are here to help people in our community.

Fantastic experience working with Vanessa, Kim, Cathy and Ian of the VMH Remax Team selling our home! We found them by asking a question on a couple of Campbell River Facebook groups “Please Rave me a realtor that you have used in the past who you would recommend and why” We also added we didn’t want to hear from friends or family of realtors. Sometimes life takes us down a different path than the one we think we're meant to walk... In my case, I set out to sell my Sayward home, but that was clearly NOT what God had in store for me! 🤣 Even still, Vanessa and her team deserve recognition for the incredible effort they put into trying to make it happen. ❤ From the very beginning, Vanessa led the process with knowledge, professionalism, dedication, and compassion. Her team — Cathy, Kim, and Ian — were all wonderful to work with. 🙏 Communication was always thoughtful, responsive, and supportive, and throughout the entire experience I truly felt that they were invested in helping me succeed - in spite of myself! The presentation of my home was absolutely beautiful. Ian’s photography 📷 and video/drone footage captured the property perfectly. It was clear that a lot of effort went into showcasing my home in the best possible way, and the interest and offers that came in were a direct result of that work. ❤ It was just not my time! I will always appreciate how hard Vanessa and her team worked for me. They are talented, professional, and genuinely kind people, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. ❤

Buying a home when you are out of province is a tough ask. Cathy was a true rock star and very much our boots on the ground . Her communication was second to none, see spent time to get to know what we were looking for and lined up some great homes for viewing during our short trip to Campbell River. On finding our perfect home Cathy was on the paperwork not missing a beat and thanks to all her hard work dedication and support we will be moving into an amazing new home in the very near future.
