Val is amazing! She helped take the stress out of the selling, showing, and moving process and made the experience easy! She was easy to contact, even after hours, and was ready and knowledgeable with all our questions! Can't thank her enough! I highly recommend Val and Team Senio for all your real estate needs!!

My husband and I just bought our first home and Val was our real estate agent. She was beyond helpful and I'll walk us through the hole purchase and answed any and many questions we had. I would definitely recommend going with Val if you're looking for the real estate agent. If I could I would give her a 10 Stars.

We didn’t have to look for homes with Val very long, as we called her to see 2 houses that we wanted to look at based on our MLS research. Who knew the 1st house would be “the one”. We chose Val to call based on the good reviews we read and on a brief call I had made to her last summer to ask about a house she had listed. I was impressed that day that she was very friendly and didn’t pressure us for our contact info after I said we were just in the looking phase. Val has been a pleasure to work with. She is very personable, honest and genuine and has gone the extra mile to have all our questions answered regarding the home, the process of buying and accommodating our multiple visits. We never felt any pressure from her as we took time to think about our offer and do our own due diligence about the property. When it came time to make the offer and counter offer, it was all done the same day. We needed to have a few more visits to the house before we took possession and she continued to be willing to do what she could to work with our schedule to make those visits happen. Thank you Val, for a very pleasant buying experience.
