This is my 3rd time working with Vadim and Ety (2nd time in 4 months). In the tough condo market, Vadim and Ety did an amazing job of helping me sell my mom’s condo. Vadim and Ety are more than just real estate agents, they are project managers who coordinate not just the buying and selling of the property but also things such as staging, painting, renovations, they will also help you out with picking out appliances. I am dealing with professionals only and talking about real-estate field , Vadim and Ety are absolutely the best from any point of view ; starting from estimating , strategy of selling/buying setup , running house through sale preparation process , financial side guidance ,closing /moving and even new house repair ... so, it's like valet service - you just forming a task, stepping back and relaxing - there isn't even needs of controlling - one blink and voila' , you are in new house ....
