Tyler sold for me a rural home plus a rental home on 9 acres in Courtenay. He understands rural properties. He guided me through what to fix and what not to fix, and negotiated well with the buyers' agent. He also stepped in to solve a sticky problem in the race to have conditions removed. The septic inspection was delayed because a large cement planter blocked access. I was out of town. He took care of the problem in short order, hiring a machine operator whom he knew to push it out of the way. I never received a bill for this. He also facilitated a congenial relationship with the tenant, helping the end of tenancy be smooth. I loved working with Tyler, and wish him all the best with his profession!

I highly recommend Tyler as he made my first time home buying experience flawless. He went above and beyond my expectations. His knowledge and advice was very helpful.
