I used Ty to purchase my first home. I know I was a demanding client but Ty was able to help me with every concern I had the whole way. Ty even went above and beyond and got me access to the condo after conditions were removed so that I could measure the rooms/walls/windows for renovations which he didn't need to do whatsoever. The purchase process went smoothly and I can't wait to go shopping again in the future.
