Either early in the morning or late into the night, in bitter cold or in the middle of a hot day, he answered positively to all my calls, setting up appointments, house views and open-house sessions on very short notice, illustrating a great understanding of the market conditions, neighbourhood, property, contract details, negotiation etiquette, being patient, always smiling and willing to help in any way possible…just providing the friendly service that is hard to find nowadays. When negotiations teetered on disaster, when viewers were few and far between, no matter what the obstacle was, he found a way around it. At last but not at least, I really appreciated the fact that Tudor isn't pushy at all, in fact I always felt as I was his only client.
