Trung was personable and perfectly professional. He was knowledgeable, explained clearly what he would be doing, and he kept intrusions to a minimum. My mom liked him a lot-- perfectly wonderful. It was important to keep her stress level low. He explained the offers, and advised us which were stronger and why. We made the decision that suited us the best. He was happy to help us get what we wanted. He put us in touch with someone to help us look for our new home. We had the house sold in less than a week, and closed in six weeks. He came to get the keys the day mom left her home of eighty years, and helped mom to the car with her important things, and it was a great way to start the move to our new together home. Mom was happy to see him and thank him from the heart. We are so happy with the whole process and the wonderful service you provided us. Its hard to stay objective, but objectively it was a great experience for us.
