I honestly can't say enough positive things about our experience with Troy. We worked with three agents in Toronto who didn't fight for us, were not helpful, they were slow and missed opportunities for us, etc. Coming to Calgary and working with Troy was an absolute pleasure. He is professional, friendly, straightforward, helpful and showed up every time we needed him. Knowing nothing about the Calgary market, Troy explained everything to us every step of the way, using language we (non-real estate savvy people) would understand. When we wanted to see a house, he made himself available for viewings and when we found the house we really wanted, he helped us do everything we could to get it. Troy showed up at an open house when he told us previously that he likely couldn't make it but he would have gone after if we liked the house. He showed up right after we had looked at it and helped us ask all the relevant questions and then put in an offer. We were up against four other offers and we got it! I attribute our successful bid to Troy's pleasant and knowledgeable persistence. We are thrilled with our new home and are grateful for the wonderful, positive, relatively stress-free experience we had with Troy ("relatively" given the nature of buying a house - nothing to do with Troy). We highly recommend working with Troy and would work with him again in a heartbeat.

When my husband and I saw a home listed by Troy Weber, we were curious as to why the price seemed low for the area. I emailed Troy and asked if we could take a look. He responded quickly and we arranged a time to view. From the first moment Ray and I met Troy, I liked him. It was a Judicial Sale and we had no idea what that would involve. Troy took the time to explain everything to us and was upfront with things that could happen with this type of sale. Ray and I lived very close by so we asked him for his opinion on what we could possibly get for our home if we sold. He followed us to our house and viewed it with me. He was honest in his assessment and we appreciated every word he had to say. He did visit us again with a very complete assessment of our home and offered his professional opinion on what we could list at. There was no pressure at all. Ray and I took a few days and saw another home listed we wanted to view. I called Troy to see if we could view it with him. We did and loved the home but always went back to the first home we saw with Troy. We viewed the first home again and made an offer. We had no idea the amount of stress we would face. It was a whirlwind experience. We listed our house with Troy while waiting for a ruling on the offer we made to purchase and began with showings and open houses. Having a big dog and 2 cats was challenging, but we made it all work. And with Troy leading us, we had every confidence we would get through it one way or another. We had offers on our house, some fell through, and we were feeling crushed. Crushed, feeling defeated and stressed to the max we threw ourselves even deeper into the process. Troy was our Beacon Light for sure. I don't know if he knew it or not, but he certainly kept my feet on the ground and prevented me from having a nervous break down. Ray and I kept focused on the entire process and when we had questions, Troy was always available to answer. Ray and I can honestly say that we are so happy we had Troy representing us. He took care of our interests, he was understanding, he gave us confidence when we were feeling defeated and we truly felt like he had our backs. He told us our house would sell, and yes, it did sell. He told us he was confident the offer we made on the new house would be accepted, and yes it was! Being a judicial sale, it was insanely stressful. So many things could happen. But, we have sold our house and are now in the new house and beginning to unpack and make it ours. I truly do not think I could have gotten through this without the absolute incredible support and knowledge of Troy. Hardworking, upfront and professional. No pressure, no hidden agendas at all. Troy is personable, professional and we cannot thank him enough for being our Rock through all of this. I cannot believe it has all happened within about 5 weeks. So many ups and downs, but we did get what we want. If we ever move again, or if we invest in any property in the future, I will only use Troy. He kept both Ray and me focused and never let us down. Everything he said to do, we did and boy are we happy we listened to him. I am so happy I sent that email asking if we could view his listing. Once in awhile you meet someone who truly restores your faith that there are honest and hardworking people out there. Troy is that person for both Ray and me. I cannot thank him enough, in fact, thank you just doesn't cut it. But no words have been invented yet to really show him our appreciation. Troy, you really are the best!!!! You kick a** and I'm glad you were on our side :) Raymond and Lorraine Gillett

Troy is a classy gentleman who has sold two houses for me. I am an anxious person and can be utterly annoying and he is very patient with me and has always negotiated well on my behalf. I would highly recommend Troy, and if I sell again he is the first one I would call.
