Troy is always a pleasure to work with. This is the second time we have used his services as a realtor to buy and sell. He is professional, honest, completely reliable and always had our best interests at heart. He really did go above and beyond for us with the recent purchase of our new home. We felt his advise was invaluable about the asking price for both our home in Peachland and our lot in Vernon. They both sold very quickly and painlessly. He listened to our wish list for a new home and presented a number of great alternatives. We are very happy with our purchase and the price he helped us negotiate. Troy was always very responsive and patient and didn't exert any pressure in any of the transactions, which was very appreciated.

Within the hour, Troy had several more listings for us to look at and by a process of elimination, quickly figured out what we were looking for. He took the time to do remote walk thrus with me on the other end of the phone. Sometimes we didn’t get past the entrance as he knew right away, it wasn’t the right one. A few months later we headed to Peachland and walked thru the front door of our forever home. We found Troy to be very personable, efficient, quick to respond to our emails and calls and very intuitive when it came to what we were looking for. He took the stress of buying remotely away.
