Troy was a very caring professional based on our situation of relocating to the USA. He understood our needs and time lines for making this happen. He went beyond what a realtor would normally do to support us. Dry knowledgeable for the market as well negotiations. I would highly recommend him to anyone for selling their homes.

When we first contacted Troy we were in no position to purchase a house. We told Troy this. He was understanding and just asked what our interests were. Troy worked with us over the course of a year through his app and sent properties that were within what we were looking at.
