Trevor is the most professional realtor we have come across. He provided great options based on the aspects we discussed with him and also gave great advice when we were looking at those options. He only provided options that were within the requirements we listed and we always felt like he was identifying new options right when they came on the market. He was also a great sounding board when it came to negotiations and was always looking out for our best interests to make sure we ended up with a home we would truly enjoy. We ended up getting a house that hit all of our key points and in the price range we had initially discussed with him. We also used Trevor to sell our house and he did a fantastic job of recommending a price range based on the market, arranging the photography and marketing materials on the house and arranging showings considering our busy work schedules. We sold our house quickly and got the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Trevor to anyone looking to buy a house or sell their house.

Trevor was thorough and professional in all of our communications. He balanced tough market conditions with our desire to be patient and get a fair price for our unique home. In the end, he got one of the highest sales prices in Elbow Valley in nearly 3 years.

After 2 years having our house listed, and two real estate agents later, Trevor was the one who was able to get the sale done. He was honest with us in terms of the price we should expect and did not try and “buy the listing” by promising a listing price that was not realistic. In the end we received 3 offers all at the same price. Testament that the price we listed at was realistic even though it was below what we paid for the home 10 years ago.
