Trevor is a great agent. Very patient and understanding of his clients needs. He is always on time and takes the time to go over things with his clients. He worked very hard to find me the perfect home.

Trevor was referred to me by a friend that has worked with Trevor twice before, both times to buy and sell. She could not have had a more glowing review of the level of service that she had received from him, and since we were similarly looking to make the move from a townhome to a house, we knew that we must interview him to be our agent. Upon meeting Trevor, we had an instant rapport, and I felt comfortable with the information that he was providing me and really trusted his opinion and extensive real estate knowledge. He let me know in that first meeting that he doesn’t like to “beat around the bush” or tell people things that they want to hear, and that kind of honesty was very refreshing. Trevor runs a full service shop, he took my husband (and sometimes two kids) on multiple home tours that were always well orchestrated, valuable and sometimes even catered with snacks for the kids. The homes that he suggested were always geared to our needs, and he introduced a lot of new neighbourhoods to us that we didn’t even know existed. He’s North Shore born and raised, so his knowledge of North Van is extensive, and he really has a knack for finding great homes in great areas. Relationships mean a lot to Trevor, and that is very evident when you see the warm reception that he gets from other agents. It’s clear that he is well respected, and focused on maintaining lasting relationships with his peers and clients. After working with him for the past two months, I certainly feel that my husband and I have gained not only a friend, but our life long agent. We listed our townhome first, as we didn’t want to have a subject to sale clause in our offer on a home, and that process could not have gone smoother. Trevor had great advice for us in terms of small tweaks that would earn us big bucks, and also talked us out of a few unnecessary big ticket items (like replacing the carpets). His photographer did a tremendous job of showcasing our home, and that was evident by the throngs of people that visited our open houses over the first weekend of sale. Trevor was cognizant that multiple showings would be difficult with small kids in the house, so he made every effort to stack showings and minimise the open houses for us. The result, we had an accepted offer less than 2 weeks later! Watching him in action as a buyer’s agent is really a sight to see, he really knows where to look for the best deals on the best homes and has extensive knowledge about which homes will make the best investments based on their location and condition. Because he has such strong relationships with his peers, they were very receptive to negotiating with him and we could not be happier with the purchase price of our new home. Lastly, on a more personal note, I really appreciated his ability to calm my frazzled nerves whenever there were points of tension. I felt very well cared for, and because he was able to explain all the steps and processes of buying and selling so clearly I was able to leave things in his very capable hands. I would recommend Trevor 100% to anyone and everyone looking to buy or sell on the North Shore, he is fantastic!
