<p>We hired Trevor originally because we were frustrated with realtors that did not want to invest in marketing beyond the MLS service. We knew that we had a unique house and we wanted someone who was willing to market it uniquely. We wanted someone who was a "go-getter", willing to work at selling the house until it was sold rather than putting up the listing and waiting for a call. Trevor promised this and delivered, posting videos on social media, and hosting open houses right until the sale was complete. We really appreciated the energy and hard work he put into selling our house for us, the communication he provided throughout the process and the insights he provided during the negotiation process.</p>

Our young family was relocating to Vancouver island in the setting of the covid pandemic and were unable to visit the area to see any houses in person. We were exceedingly anxious about having to by a home virtually. Trevor was just the realtor we needed to facilitate the process. He was very hands-on and consistently went beyond expectations with video enabled home walk-throughs. He also easily incorporated our local colleague into the process to give us a second set of eyes. His knowledge of the area and expertise with remote technology really served to alleviate our worries, which allowed us to feel comfortable making such a purchase in an unconventional manner. We could not have done it without his help and would absolute recommend his services.

Trevor persevered in helping us find our new home, even after we had started to give up hope - and it paid off with a more than perfect home for us! He went above and beyond every step of the way, from doing virtual video tours of any house we were interested in to his negotiation prowess in the offer stage through to the closing. He was always willing to go the extra mile (literally, too, as our search area expanded). His knowledge and guidance along the way was much appreciated. We were really happy to have him on our side - we highly recommend Trevor. He's really REALLY good at this!

When we were initially looking to purchase there was limited inventory and many quick sales. Trevor was very responsive to our showing requests and he made suggestions of places that may meet the criteria we outlined. Then pandemic protocols came into effect and Trevor worked within these changing guidelines. He is very friendly and hard working. Highly recommend Trevor as an agent.
