He presented me with a hard cover book illustrating my property value add and based on the historical sales of my and other surrounding properties, he proposed unique marketing strategies that I felt comfortable with. I found him to be so realistic and he met every deadline from taking photos to having my property go live. Travis's marketing know-how and ability, his in-depth and insightful knowledge of real estate, his professional persona and approachable manner, down to the superb high quality of his brochures, provided immense comfort to know that I was dealing with the utmost professional and I trusted his judgement straight away. What set Travis apart from the other realtors is his constant feedback to you personally not through an app, but following up with every showing and providing feedback to me. I knew every step of the way and I feel that in today's market, you need that human connection to discuss the way forward rather than questionnaire survey's or feedback reports. This is someone that truly displays ethical business practice, delivers exactly what he says he will deliver and is the epitome of true customer service. Travis was excellent to work with! With the sale of my condo, he successfully navigated dealing with a very inexperienced condo board and management company to help close the sale. With the purchase of my new place, he was never pushy and took the time to understand what I was looking for and point out the pros/cons of every property I looked at, resulting in me purchasing a great property for an excellent price.
