Tracy is a fantastic realtor and we highly recommend her! Tracy was recommended to us and we are so happy we made the call. From the fist moment we talked, she listened to what we were looking for in a property, guided us through the process (and many viewings!) until we found the perfect property. We live out of province, so Tracy's knowledge of her local market was invaluable, as was her dedication to us as clients. On more than one occasion, Tracy went above and beyond to provide nothing less than the best experience possible to make sure we were happy. I would have to say her #1 goal was our satisfaction, if not elation, buying a property with her as our realtor.

As a former Realtor myself, I was impressed by Tracy’s extensive knowledge of the Greater Victoria real estate market and her ability to find our son his ideal property in a very hot market. Living in Calgary, our son was at a disadvantage as he was unable to personally view properties in Greater Victoria as they came available - but Tracy rose to the challenge arranging FaceTime tours of new listings and providing welcomed input on an area’s livability and amenities. In short order she found a new build about to come onto the market. A FaceTime tour was arranged which resulted in an accepted offer before anyone else even saw the property.
