Traci and Keith worked their butts off to sell my condo and it was so worth it! My place looked amazing and fetched a price that surpassed everyone's expectations. And they held my hand on the buy side until we found the place we knew felt like home, the right place for me. They were respectful, patient and professional, listening to my views and addressing my concerns. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

When it came to buying a home, they were very patient listening to our needs, making suggestions, giving us background information on areas we liked and how to evaluate each property. It took us a while to find one that we liked, but they were very patient. Finally, when we found one we really liked, we couldn't come to an agreement with the seller so Keith had a creative strategy in mind. We got a great deal for slightly below asking price.
