Tom has a great breadth of knowledge and does his research before showing a place to know all the ins and outs, pros and cons of a location and home. He is good at knowing the characteristics of a house that should be avoided. Very personable and easy to get along with!

It’s very challenging to rate your realtor as most people only move once or twice in a lifetime. We’ve had the pleasure of moving multiple times and our experience with Tom was awesome / splendiferous . Now you may have different requirements ours were identified early in the process, Tom was able to manage and mitigate all sorts of Issues during our process of selling and buying. Went the extra steep on a last minute viewing request we were unable to make it home in time. Tom did a quick sweep and fluff , even took our fur baby to the park for a sniff and stroll . I recommend Tom but do your homework and interview multiple real estate professionals . At the end of the day, I’m sure you’ll be back on Tom’s doorstep.

Tom helped walk me through the sale of my Victoria home and purchase my dream farm and forever home. There were a lot of “moving parts” which Tom navigated flawlessly and constantly reassured me it would work out while guiding me professionally through the steps. Tom cares deeply about his clients and even took our dog for a car ride when we were at work and had a last minute showing. Tom organized fantastic pictures to market our home which received a lot of showings. He also navigated the purchase of our dream farm and negotiated a reasonable price despite a competing offer.
