Tom was able to sell our condo at a great price during a very challenging market. We then found a detached home in the area we wanted at an excellent price. Actually purchasing below what other semis and detached homes were selling for. In total, we saved over $100,000. Tom was always reachable and willing to help whenever we needed anything. Tom and his team helped us sell our condo in a difficult market and helped us buy a detached home in Vaughan for a great price. We were looking at semi-detached homes that went for above 1.1-1.2 million but with the patience and hard work of his team, we were able to purchase a detached house for a price less than all previous houses that we saw. We couldn’t be happier with their business.
