Tom provided ideas and suggestions to improve the overall presentation for showing to appeal to more buyers. We negotiated the sell price on what we believed would bring a win and it was. I was out of province when the house was listed and on day one we had many viewing and offers . Tom provided excellent communicate and went above and beyond to accommodate my situation.
