I met Todd through a mutual friend and casually asked him to give his opinion on the value of my home. He came out and gave me the requested quote and left with no pressure to sign with him. A couple of months later, my phone rings and Todd says he has someone who may be interested in my house! Wow! The sale went through without any problems and that is when his dedication to his client really began to shine. I was like Goldilocks, this house was too big, that house was to small, this house was well...you get where I am going :) He showed me no less than 30 houses over a two month period without getting impatient or screening my calls. As I am not the handiest person with repairs, he was an excellent eye for details that I would have missed and repairs that would have been beyond the scope of my repair talents and budget. The house that I finally purchased was given a careful lookover by Todd and he guided me through the biggest purchase of my life. I feel that I got the best possible service with no high pressure sales to list or buy. He is also an absolute hoot to spend time with! I highly recommend him!

Within a few short months we closed on a condo and my dad loved his new home. Several years later my wife and I were looking to upgrade to a new home. We called Todd, of course, and within a few months we closed on our forever home. Todd not only understands the real estate market in Nova Scotia but he has an engineering and construction background that is very handy and important when looking for a forever home or investment property. He was able to point out issues and other potential problems and give us an idea on cost to fix. We also found that he is very professional and a straight shooter. Todd has numerous contacts in everything you need as a home buyer from mortgage brokers to home inspectors. He ensured we got the best deal and looked at the right places. As I write this review Todd is helping us sell our adjacent lot. We will always call Todd and I highly recommend his services.

Todd was very responsive and available anytime for viewing properties we were interested in. Many times on short notice he was able to arrange access with the listing agent or homeowner to view the property. He was so thoughtful to leave his lock box with our house for us to use with contractors during renovations.

<p>Even before the sign went up, Todd was a huge help, assisting us in picking a staging expert and 3D photographer and videographer. Todd helped us to maneuver through Covid-19, sharing our emphasis on human health and safety. Todd's knowledge and expertise made for a very pleasant selling experience and met our expected outcome.</p>
