Real estate transactions are stressful. They can be an emotional, high stakes decision making process with little time to act. They can also require a level of calmness and patience when things just aren't falling your way. Therefore, an agent has to be a good fit to help you navigate through the process. I think Todd did that perfectly for me. He was encouraging, gave me hard truths when I needed it, and was always responsive. On top of that, I think he really enjoys his job! I've met a lot of agents in my quest. Maybe a dozen or more. And I know I can be difficult as an engineer. Todd is hands down the best agent I have run across. As a military member we come across quite a few in our life time. But never have I met a retail agent that will get up into your roof to take a little look or drive over an hour through a horrid Blizzard to do your inspections FOR YOU. This is the man you want if you want to be completely sure of your purchase combined with his knowledge in the field and his loyalty to his customers you can't go a better way
