<p>Todd Smith was our real estate agent in Halifax while living in Ontario for our first home purchase. Todd is an extremely hard worker and really went above and beyond for us. He picked us up at the airport with a full day of showings booked throughout the city within our budget and meeting our specific wants and needs for a home. He assisted us in finding the right home and steered us away from others for reasons we would not have thought of due to being first time home buyers. Because of this experience, we called Todd again when looking to purchase a rental property, and again we were impressed with how comfortable Todd made the house hunt and purchasing experience. We never felt pressure to buy, and my wife always commented how it seemed he really cared that we were completely happy in our chosen house.<br /> We met Todd by chance when searching for homes from afar. It was the best call we made and we are happy to call Todd a great friend and outstanding agent. We highly recommend Todd if you are looking to buy or sell a home.</p>

Very knowledgeable with construction technics, structural issues and the sales process. Todd was able to point out structural issues with some homes we looked at that I would have never seen. I was able to make an informed decision on our current home base on his help. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at selling or buying.
