Absolutely loved having Todd Martens handle our out of province purchase. We initially wished to purchase a property we noticed online. Todd provided us with honest and expert advise and did inform us that resale would be difficult as the initial property was situated very close to the highway. He was more concerned about our purchase than his potential commission. He assisted us with the purchase of a beautiful townhouse that we love (and was significantly less expensive). You can trust him to work hard and to ensure that your best interests are considered. He is a perfect choice especially for out of province offers as he is honest and very diligent in representing us in all matters including the builder walk through process and by multiple visits to the home to be able to answer our questions/concerns. He returns call quickly, even after the sale is completed. He negotiated with the builder to arrange possession dates that were convenient to us and to arrange for us to take possession before the title transfer was complete. He offered a free breakfast the day of possession, in addition to providing a beautiful welcome Okanagan basket. Our advice is to use Todd as you can trust his character and can feel confident that he is focused on your best interest.
