<p>Very pleasant young man who made buying a home in this area an exciting process. Due to our situation with COVID-19 we had to put the process on hold for some time, but once things improved we were able to move forward quickly and complete the transaction in a few weeks.</p>

<p>Our experience buying this home really excellent. Todd's willingness to continue to take us to properties when we could not find one we loved, was exceptional. Also his ability to listen to what we were really looking for really made a difference. He knows the area well, so was informative and helped us get a realistic grasp of whether this was the place for us. He was brand new at this but sought out expert help. He negotiated well for us and even helped us get extra keys from the owner etc., and checked to see how the moving in was going. We left and went home 3 times and yet he continued to keep in contact, forward new properties and respond when we wanted to see a property. He was respectful and honest. It was a pleasure.</p>

Todd Armstrong was recommended by a friend, He was very accommodating and easy to talk to and lots of information about the osoyoos life and very helpful in finding us the right house for our wants a needs. We never felt pressured and when the right house was found he did a great job in closing the deal.
